By placing an order on the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products and Orders
SEPP sells pens and related products, including products with personalized engraving.
Product descriptions, prices and available customization options are displayed on the website. An order is considered accepted after successful payment and order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. In such cases, any amount already paid will be refunded.
2. Personalized Engraving
Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, wording and other details submitted for engraving before placing an order.
Once production of a personalized product has started, the engraving cannot be changed or cancelled.
We may refuse engraving content that is unlawful, offensive, infringes third-party rights, or cannot technically be produced.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed on the website before payment.
Payments are made online by bank card through bank acquiring services. Card details are processed through the relevant banking and payment infrastructure.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available only within the Republic of Armenia and is carried out through our own delivery service.
Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are communicated during the ordering process. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, product availability and personalization requirements.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact information.
5. Returns and Exchanges
As a general store policy, SEPP does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges.
Products made or personalized according to the customer's specifications, including products with individual engraving, cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
For non-personalized products of proper quality, any mandatory return or exchange rights provided by the laws of the Republic of Armenia remain applicable.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect product, or a product that does not correspond to your confirmed order, please contact us at info@sepp.am.
Such cases will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of the Republic of Armenia.
7. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on the website are accurate.
Actual product colors or appearance may vary slightly depending on the device or screen used to view the website.
All website content, including texts, graphics, photographs, logos and designs, may not be copied or used without authorization where protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Liability
SEPP is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
9. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Questions, complaints or disputes relating to an order should first be sent to:
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints directly with the customer. If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, it will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.
